The second stage of the evolution of construction work was started from Al-Karam Academic Block. This was the interpretation of the dream of Hazrat Zia-ul-Ummah Pir Justice Muhammad Karam Shah Al-Azhari, the founder of Daral-Uloom Muhammadia Ghousia. This was the most beautiful building of that time encircling about 8 kanal of the land. This building comprised of 35 rooms besides the study place, the house of the Hadith Sharif, library hall, a dining hall and the kitchen block. At upper storey of this block, one room was reserved for Hazrat Zia-ul-Ummah's residence. Hazrat Zia-ul-ummah used to sit in a hall associated with his residential room for the writing and literary work. Hazrat Zia-Ul-Ummah was also used to accomplish the teaching duties in this hall. In flood of 1992 this block was destructed badly and after a consultation, it was decided to demolish it and construct another building at this place.
