Along with the daily lessons; weekly, monthly, quarterly, nine-monthly and the annual tests & examination are conducted to evaluate the performance of the students. A strict and hard standard of the evaluation is maintained, in this way a sense of the responsibility is alerted in the students. 65 % marks are compulsory for a student to pass in the examination.
E . Sharing performance of the students with their parents
Every student's educational performance and the attendance record is sent and shared with his parents occasionally to keep them informed about the performance and stage of the education of their sons and daughters.
F .Discouragement of the use of unfair means
Awareness is created in the students that the use of unfair means to pass the examinations and tests is a fraud in getting education and it is like a breach of trust in the education and knowledge. In this way, real performance of the students is come to the forefront. Another side, this matter is also carefully considered that the students who come forward on the merit they should not be usurped in any way.
5.Growth of the Philosophical, Speech and Writing Abilities
To raise the philosophical, speech and the writing abilities and skills in the students, writing and speech contests are held in Daral-Uloom. On every Thursday, duration of the classes is minimized to hold the speech contest which is called Bazm-e-Taqareer. In this meeting, every student has to deliver a speech on his turn. Like wise for the writing growth, regular arrangements are made to get the articles and essays of the students published in the different magazines and the news papers.
6.Formation of the Character and Personality
Human personality and character has two aspects;
Explicit or visible aspect and
Implicit or invisible aspect
If only one of the aspects of the personality among these aspects is weak, the human personality becomes imbalanced. It is assured in our education system that along with the solid knowledge and learning, a student should also have a strong character, nature and the personality. For this purpose, with the performance of the Obligatory Worships, different training sessions for the students are conducted for the purification of their minds.
7.Mode of Education Free from the Communal Prejudice
Foundation of Daral-Uloom Muhammadia Ghousia has been built on the principles of the tolerance, peace and the unity among the Muslim Ummah. This is the main factor that the scholars and graduates of this educational institution are known as the "Peaceful ambassadors/ representatives". As far as possible it is tried to make sure that during the 09 years course of study, the students are trained and taught in such a way that they spread peace and love instead of the communalism, revolt and tribulation in their practical lives.
